It's been a few years since I've watched this video, and it's remarkable, astounding actually how much Mimir thinks he actually knows about Africa, African history and civilization when in fact he knows next to nil about that continent. His pompous tone is very annoying too, but i digress... Africa never needed any outside influence because of course it's one of the earliest places where civilization actually arose some 5000-4800 years ago. While I doubt this amateur could even give you a basic run down on the just the last 2000 years of historical events, he presents himself as some sort of expert on African history and civilization... Well it's already been proven for over a decade now thanks to Augustin F.C. Holl, Michael S. Bisson, etc., that Africa prior to the arrival Europeans did in fact produce a number of different civilizations and cultures, Egypt, Kerma and Nubia being three of major civilizations; cultures like the Dogon, Nok, Sao, Ngoyo, Songye, Mangbetu, Kuba, Kanem, Bornu, Songhai, Mossi, etc., have been around for as long if not longer than ancient Greece or Rome, as the archaeological evdience suggest. Also the BuHaya and the archaeological site of Rugomora Mahe in Tanzania is proof that carbon steel was independently produced in Africa long before the Arabs arrived as the site dates back to the early second millenniam BC, while Mimir’s nomadic Steppe herder ancestors were aimlessly wondering around the Ukrainian and the Russian Steppe with there little chariots and copper implements worshiping their little “sky father” and horses. Lol Meanwhile it was the Egyptians that had nothing to do with Old Europeans (i.e. based on Marija’s theory), an African civilization that achieved the state, invented kingship, writing, architecture, and mummification, features that they share in common with many of the other cultures specifically in sub-Saharan Africa, but only a comparative study of these cultures, and a general understanding of ethnography would elucidate their similarities. Patton would have probably changed his mind, once more updated Intel would have reached his desk ...if he had the additional time that is and not only is it hard justifying attacking your former Ally....but if they attack their former ally ....and get driven back slightly or just halted, stopped in their tracks ...and than it hits everyone that potential millions of their own soldiers could die......the people would start to riot at home and many of the common soldiers would mutiny ....after all why should i and my unit die attacking a nation that just helped us defeating one of the most evil factions to have ever existed ? for what ? for Lockheed martins profits? .....this combined with the partisan resistance still in western Europe could create a situation were France the Benelux and Northern Italy switch sides, whether their government wants it or not .....while entire US/UK Army divisions might refuse to go into an offense ....or even worse join the Soviets because France and the US have not been treated their colored soldiers too well.... it gets very obvious how this could spiral out of control really fast...... and it goes to show that Patton was a pretty decent tactician .....but not a very good expert on politics

Dude, this was totally based. I love it. I used to be a white minority when I lived for a few months in Washington Heights, NYC. Pretty much a Dominican Latino community. For those unfamiliar with Dominicans, many of them are black and culturally different than a Mexican or South American. I'm white with blue eyes but luckily, I speak Spanish fluently because I did a study abroad in Highschool in Mexico for about a year. After college I rented out a room from this Dominican lady in an apartment building. I used to go outside and smoke a cigarette on the stoop of the building. She saw me outside and told me not to sit out on the stoop and that I should smoke in my room because it was not safe for me to hang out outside. I was in my early twenties at the time and very naive and I stood out like a marshmallow sinking into a black tar pit in this neighborhood. However, people were always shocked when I spoke Spanish because I have no American accent. The Dominicans would always ask me if I'm Colombian because many colombians have a more European look. What I noticed was that the off-the-boat Dominicans who do not Speak English tend to be cool and nice. But the latinos who are born and raised in NYC tend to be more ghetto and criminal. Now that I'm much older, I would never want to live in a gentrified neighborhood. Never again. I much prefer the company of white folk and prefer to be around my own people.
